Meet Tahera Khan - HR Associate & Coach
Tahera Khan is a results focused leader with proven ability in building new departments from scratch or leading existing groups effectively. Her 20+ year career in Human Resources has taken her around the globe where she has focused on creating HR departments and developing local HR employees.
Tahera began her career in the financial services industry, thereafter she worked in healthcare and spent the last 13 years in oil and gas. In her most recent role as Vice President of HR for a global company she was responsible for leading their overall Human Resources strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and union negotiations. Tahera served as an internal executive coach and created a business leadership program to develop future leaders.
Tahera is passionate about people and wants to help companies reach their fullest potential through all aspects of talent management.
Tahera received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and her Masters in Psychology from Houston Baptist University. She is also a member of SHRM and holds a SHRM-CP qualification and is an ICF ACC qualified coach.
Tahera enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with her family.
