Nancy has an MA in Communications and strongly believes that clear, concise communication is what facilitates true success. With 20+ years of experience in Sales & Leadership Consulting in the US and the UK in a variety of sectors, Nancy thoroughly enjoys working in partnership with businesses to determine exactly what is required to take their people and teams to the next level.
Nancy has seen first-hand that combining coaching & mentoring alongside excellent consulting & training is what brings true growth and change to fruition long term. She has a passionate, positive, anything-is-possible approach to working with others. She is willing to challenge individuals to use their own initiative to do things in ways they may not have before. This allows for each client to take ownership of their own results and to work towards delivering their best work each day!
Outside of work you can find Nancy with her husband, Daniel and their three spirited children out and about enjoying Charleston and the Lowcountry in South Carolina. She enjoys working out and power walking with her pup Daisy, going to the beautiful beaches and traveling as much as their schedule allows!
