Meet Currie Augustine - Coach
Currie is passionate about helping individuals create change and reach their full potential. She takes a holistic approach to coaching by partnering with each client to discover their purpose, accomplish more professionally and become a better leader. Clients enjoy Currie’s approachable and engaging style.
For over ten years, Currie worked for two professional mentoring organizations where she matched hundreds of mid-level managers to senior executives for one-on-one mentoring partnerships and consulted on the design of mentoring programs for Fortune 1000 companies. While working in the mentoring field, she recognized the power of coaching to enhance one’s growth and improve performance.
In addition to being a coach for CaymanHR, Currie works as Director of Student Experience & Engagement at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, an accredited higher education institution in the U.S. In that role, she coaches adult students on topics ranging from general management, leadership to career planning. She also provides leadership for student programming, academic support, classroom technology and student orientation.
Currie holds a MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is ICF ACC registered having graduated from CoachU.
