Meet Anna Dino - Junior HR Consultant
Anna was born in the Philippines but moved to Cayman as a child and has had the pleasure of calling Cayman home ever since. Growing up in Cayman, Anna has fully embraced the “Cayman Kind” way of life, which she believes is a contributing factor to her success. Anna has a real passion for interacting with others and has been afforded these opportunities in her previous roles. Prior to her role in Human Resources, Anna has obtained roles which have required her to be a lead ambassador for firms acting as a first point of contact to existing and potential clients. Within these roles Anna has demonstrated flexibility, professionalism and approachability. She continues to strive to demonstrate these qualities and she hopes that her approachability will enable her to continue to build solid working relationships in her professional network. In addition to this, Anna prides herself on being a positive person with a ‘can do’ attitude, particularly in the workplace.
Anna’s aim is to work alongside others within HR which she knows will allow her to grow and develop professionally. Anna is particularly interested in employee engagement initiatives and the links between those initiatives and employee productivity.
Outside of work, you will find Anna spending quality time with her wonderful pets and enjoying the outdoor adventures with friends.
