Meet Angharad Stroud - Consultant
Born and raised in Wales, Angharad moved to Grand Cayman in December 2021 to embark on a new, exciting adventure with her family.
Angharad is a professional, focused individual with the drive and confidence to make a real difference to any organization. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature, Angharad decided to undertake a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management which she completed whilst working within the manufacturing sector supporting a workforce of 700 + employees. After graduating, Angharad continued to support employees as a generalist advising senior management with all elements of the complexities of change and improvement including employee ‘life cycle’ and employee relation matters.
Angharad is passionate about people and understands the importance of businesses having the appropriate policies and procedures to retain, inspire their employees and transform themselves to become an ‘employer of choice’. It was her passion for people and wellbeing that led her to train as a mental health ambassador which she has found to be extremely beneficial, particularly following COVID-19.
Outside of work Angharad enjoys journaling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
