📈 Reports

The ‘reports’ menu option allows you to access historical data relating to varying elements of payroll.

🧾 Reports

There are six report options, and each window has a grid with the report name, start date, end date and pay date:

  1. Payrolls

    A full record of completed payrolls

  2. ACH

    Automatic Clearing House, this is where you will be able to access former ACH files that have been generated by CayPay

  3. Journal Reports

    Record of breakdown of total pay categories

  4. Pension Payment

    Record of all previous pension payments that have been generated by the system

  5. Health Insurance Payment

    Record of all previous health insurance payments that have been generated by the system

  6. Life Insurance Payouts

    Record of all previous life insurance payments that have been generated by the system

Each of these reports can be downloaded in Excel format by selecting the three dots kebab menu on the right-hand side and choosing ‘download’.
