Hannah is an experienced Caymanian Human Resources professional with over 10 years of expertise supporting businesses across the Cayman Islands with practical, people-focused HR solutions.
As a Consultant at CaymanHR, she partners with a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses, providing strategic and day-to-day support across all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, people management, Cayman Islands immigration, employee benefits administration, performance management, policy development, and HR best practices. While her background includes full-cycle recruitment, her primary focus is helping organisations build strong workplaces and effectively manage their people.
Throughout her career, Hannah has worked with organisations across a range of industries and has experience supporting businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, and South Africa. Her collaborative approach and practical expertise have made her a trusted advisor to employers navigating the complexities of people management.
Since joining the Board of Directors of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resource Professionals (CISHRP) in 2019, Hannah has been an active advocate for the HR profession. As current President of the Society, a role she assumed in November 2024, she is passionate about strengthening the HR community, supporting the professional development of practitioners, and championing the strategic value of human resources across the Cayman Islands.
In her spare time, Hannah can be found exercising or relaxing at home with her cat, Johnny Cakes.
